This page has information for the people that help organize and keep the clan running smoothly. This page will hve assorted information and can change frequently so check back for updates. This really has no purpose for the general public so enjoy the rest of the site.

• Membership Applications - Make plenty of copies for your next event!
• Event Activity Report - Download this form to inform the clan about your recent event. Once downloaded then fill in the information on your computer. Save the file and email it or regular mail it to the membership secretary, vice president, treasurer, your regional commissioner, the quartermaster (if you sold any merchandise), and the editor of an canach. Don't forget to write an article for An Canach as well. Also, send copies of the new members applications to the secretary, vice president, and commissioner.
• Event Reimbursement Form - Print this form and fill it out then send it on to the Vice-President. This form should be used for clan approved expenses only. If there are any questions go to our contact page and email the VP or Clan Treasurer.
